Home Instead Senior Care sponsored "Be A Santa To A Senior at the Arbors at New Castle". It's a program to provide needy seniors with some holiday cheer. Chris Coons, US Senator, and Paul Clark, New Castle County Executive were there to pass out presents to the seniors. PTM Video filmed the event.
