Sergio Grasso is a world renown chef and did a cooking demonstration that I videotaped at a local restaurant in Newark, DE. For appetizers her prepared scallops wrapped in bacon and shrimp on a bed of crab. For dinner he prepared homemade ravioli in butter and sage sauce.
